Eleanor is a lawyer with 16 years of experience in administrative law and litigation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Public Policy and Sociology and a law degree. As a mother of four, she has an interest in helping children in Halton, particularly in the area of nutrition and access to food. Over the last eight years, she has volunteered extensively for HaltonFood for Thought, running school programs, such as Healthy Food Bins, Healthy Food Bins Plus, and Salad Bar. As such, she brings an in-depth working knowledge of these programs to her role. She joined the Board of Directors in May 2024.
